Al lives in Horspath with his wife Caroline and their three children, and joined WCC as pastor in 2019. After 10 years running an IT business, Al responded to a call of God to start working for the Church, and served as an assistant pastor and school chaplain.

Caroline lives in Horspath with her husband Al. Having stepped away from secondary teaching to spend more time with their three children, she is now a local school governor and church administrator for WCC. She is a lover of musical worship, and also a keen knitter!

Tim and his wife Naomi live with their four children in Forest Hill. They have been involved with three previous church plants in Oxford, Southampton and most recently Melbourne. He has been involved in the leadership and teaching in these churches. Tim now works as an academic clinician (a doctor and a scientist studying lung diseases) but has been involved in various ministries including work as a student staff worker for the Christian Medical Fellowship which involved apologetics, discipleship, evangelism and equipping and training student groups in UK and aboard. Tim has an interest in bible teaching, interactive Bible studies, science-faith apologetics and youth discipleship.

Gordon and his wife Jill live in Church Road and have two adult children, Francis & Claire. He has held a number of positions of Christian leadership, including co-leading a home-group, leading a worship group, PCC membership and acting as a trustee of several Christian organisations, including helping to coordinate Fusion’s local mission work in the Wheatley area over the last 15 years. He has been part of the WCC leadership team since the church was established in 2014 and during those early years has been hugely blessed by the friendship and support of others on the team and by all that God has done amongst us. At times it has been challenging but always a huge privilege to be a small part of building God’s kingdom in this community. Gordon is currently chair of Wheatley Area Churches. In his work-life he has held senior management positions in business and developed an interest in how we should live out our faith in a secular work environment.
